If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment and the extended warranty plus your warranty registration number. Repairs - International Service Center PRIOR to having equipment serviced at an international factory service center, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a service authorization number. In the email, please provide us with your Name, Service Contract Number, Make and Model of your equipment and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. You may also fill out our Contact Form by clicking here http://www.mackcam.com/contact/index.htm (NOTE: Make sure to choose "International Repair Centers" as the Department you wish to contact) You will receive an authorization number for service via email. It's that easy! If you are outside the United States and need to have your equipment serviced under your Mack Camera Extended Service Contract, please follow these instructions for obtaining service. 1.Make sure your service contract is registered online. 2.Visit http://mackcam.zendesk.com/home 3.Submit a request for repair (You will be required to verify your email address and create a login and password.) http://mackcam.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new 4.Attach a copy of your sales receipt and warranty card when submitting your request 5.Your request will be assigned to an agent within 24-48 hours. 6.Stay current with the latest updates regarding your repair. All repairs must be completed at a manufacturer authorized service centre in your area. Mack Camera will issue you a ticket number to obtain an estimate for the repair. The estimate should include a detailed description of what will be repaired, including part numbers and the reason for the repair. YOU MUST HAVE MACK CAMERA APPROVAL ON ESTIMATES PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING DONE.
