The Datavideo’s DN-700 is a rackmountable Video Recorder allows for file- based video recording, saving hours of capturing. The DN-700 record DV/HDV and Composite Video, saved to a convenient, removable hard drive. Time code together with RS-232 & GPI control interface enable users to synchronise multiple recorders. Once you have completed your recording, simply eject the hard drive enclosure and use USB 2.0 to connect to a PC or MAC based NLE system. It’s perfect for use with laptops in the field. You can work directly from the removable drive, or copy video files to your NLE’s video drives.
