The Datavideo’s DAC-9P makes it easy to use the remarkably small cameras with HDMI output that are available for live production by converting the HDMI output to HD/SD-SDI. The DAC-9P also converts 1080p HDMI signal to 3G-SDI allow users to transmit both video and audio over 100 (3G/HD) to 200 (SD) meter to professional SDI equipment such as video switchers or recorders. The In cable runs 100-200 meters which is a cost advantage in using a long SDI or HD-SDI cable, rather than a long HDMI cable.
